. GIANT #6 THE VEGGIE is good but they need to start taping the sandwiches better and bag both ends. taste fresh and good as veggie lover. Large portion sandwich to share. I would order again but CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE was missing. Jumbo Kosher Dill Pickle Yes indeed!

Dear Jimmy John's Management,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment with a recent order I placed through DoorDash from your Laclede Avenue location in Saint Louis.
When my order arrived, the tuna sandwich #15 CLUB TUNA® contained virtually no tuna. The bread was mismatched, the toppings were excessive, and the sandwich was covered in mustard — making it nearly inedible. Additionally, my drink (strawberry lemonade) arrived with no ice whatsoever and it looked nor taste nothing like Strawberry Lemonade.
When I attempted to contact your store directly to address these concerns, I discovered that the voicemail system was not set up, leaving me with no way to reach anyone. I also attempted to leave feedback through DoorDash, but was unable to do so because your store was showing as closed on their platform at the time.
This experience fell far below the standard I expect from your establishment. I am requesting a full refund for my order and ask that these issues be addressed so other customers do not have the same experience.

They forgot the mayo and cucumbers on my turkey sandwich, but added a ton of that new oil and vinegar blend. I used to love the oil and vinegar there, but since they switched to the blend, it's completely rancid and I had to throw the whole sandwich out.

The lettuce and tomato was not edible and I ended up taking it off. For the Italian night club they didn't put cucumbers on as requested and the sandwich was sopping with mayo and oil/vinegar. The JJBLT was gross too and I ended up just throwing it away.
