The staff at this location are always very professional and kind, I've always had a good order from here, thank you for making delicious fresh sandwiches.

Took 30 minutes for JJ's to actually make order according to the dasher. The dasher was waiting for the food. It took us an entire hour to receive our food from order to delivery when the app estimated 20 minutes.
We didn't receive any of our special requests. No peppers on the sandwiches. No salami that we added and paid extra for. The ice in our drinks was completely melted by the time that we received them.
Love JJ's and like using the app but we are very disappointed with this order.

GIANT TOASTED CHICKEN BACON RANCH Definitely isn't worth the price!!! $30plus for sandwich that's the same weight and lengas a regular size sub. I may not or f t om again. 😠Total Rip Off‼️ Representative attempted to justify the size and portion of the sandwich.

I've been here multiple times and it's one of the slowest and rudest locations. I worked at a sub store when I was younger and it literally took them 5 min to make a 45 second sub and took 2 people. I ordered a few min before I got there and someone who arrived as I walked in got theirs in a few min and it took mine 10. this isn't the first time it's taken long and I had to ask if they got the order as I didn't see it on their screen. other locations have been much better.
