I ordered a#9 when it arrived the sandwich felt like someone put a piece of stiff cardboard under the sandwich, I thought hmm must be a thing they do for delivery, nope the bottom of the bun was hard as a rock actually cut the roof of my mouth.

Second time in a row my order was not right. Always leaving off the cheese I requested. Also why can't they cut a sub ! No place to give them the directive. It's the little things that add up !
