The food itself was pretty underwhelming, especially for the price. At $33.54 before tax, I expected something noticeably better. I also found it disappointing that dine-in photos online show about five side dishes, but my takeout order only came with three. Even if it’s takeout, it still feels like the customer is getting less.
What bothered me the most was the packaging of the galbitang. The hot soup and bones were put into a plastic bag and then placed inside a container that clearly wasn’t the right size. The long bones kept the lid from closing properly, so the broth leaked out and made a mess. For a dish at this price point, using an ill-fitting container and pouring boiling soup into a plastic bag just doesn’t make sense.
The rib meat itself was also disappointing—it wasn’t tender galbi meat but tough pieces stuck to the bone. For $33.54 before tax, the quality and packaging should match the cost. And honestly, putting hot soup in a plastic bag raises concerns about microplastics, which is something no customer should have to worry about.
I really hope the restaurant improves both the quality and the packaging, because the current experience doesn’t justify the price.

• DoorDash order
They didn't update their store hours on DoorDash, leading to a miscommunication about the delivery time. That's understandable! I called to ensure my food wasn't just sitting there waiting for the delivery person. However, the lady who takes orders was extremely rude and claimed it wasn't her problem that the hours were incorrect. Long story short, system issues are beyond our control, but it's unacceptable to be rude to customers and shift the blame onto them. It's clearly the restaurant's fault for not updating their hours. No matter how good your food is, poor customer service will ruin the experience.
