I'm not a fan of spice so I stick to my JINYA Chicken Ramen . The broth is absolutely delicious. I've been eating it so much, I have to stop. I've also had the Tonkatsu and it was pretty good, but a little earthy-tasting for me - I definitely prefer the JINYA Chicken Ramen - that broth is amazing. It's my new go-to comfort food.

I've order the same before and this time looks like whoever prepare it has no idea what's doing at all. Bunch of leaves just two minuscules pieces of pork. Pretty much paid $20 just for leaves and noodles
Plus no sticks or silverware at all; not even a napkin
Won't order from this place anymore

Pork Gyoza ( 6pcs)* were definitely undercooked for me. Some parts of the outside were raw. The Crispy Chicken 5pc* had a lot of fatty/grisly pieces, so there was not much meat. The Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna* was great though. The bao was also good.

AMAZING! WHAT DO YOU MEAN I get ONE WHOLE PERFECT EGG?! I've been to ramen places where they give me HALF an egg and it's hard boiled.

Always delicious and satisfying. My only complaint is the portions on the Brussel Sprouts is inconsistent. Still some of the best we've had. Try JINYA Tonkotsu Black* , JINYA Tonkotsu Original 2010* and the Spicy Chicken Ramen, spiced to your taste.
