First time trying authentic ramen, and JINYA definitely exceeded my expectations! The Tonkotsu Black was incredibly rich and flavorful, the pork was tender, and the seasoned eggs were amazing. I also added fresh garlic, mushrooms, and bok choy, which made the bowl even better. Everything tasted fresh, and the broth was packed with flavor.

I go to Jinya often. I paid $35 for ramen and they skimped on the broth. it's not enough to even soak all the ingredients that come with it

The ramen is pretty good no lie, but I didn't get the extra egg I ordered. The Matcha Green Tea Tiramisu was almost $9 each. I ordered two. There were maybe two bites in the container of the actual cake piece (lady fingers, whatever, lol) and a tonnnn of the fluff/marscapone cheese. My husband's was the same. That was disappointing. I was hoping door dashing our food would be fine instead bc eating at the restaurant is actually stressful. The staff loudly greets and bids everyone farewell via shouting lol. It's one of those things that sounds good on paper (I guess?!) but in practice it is very overstimulating to hear over and over when you're trying to have a conversation with someone or eat. Me personally, I'll just stick with Okasan in the future. They're cheaper and they never miss.

The Brussels Sprouts are incredible on DoorDash - twice now. They are tender, juicy and flavorful. My friend ordered them in the restaurant and they were hard and dry. Not sure if it's a difference in the chefs, but they are definitely the best Brusse Sprouts I have ever had - when ordered in the evening on DoorDash.

Everything was delicious. I got the medium level of spice for the Spicy Chicken Ramen* and it was perfect. The Buffalo Cauliflower is amazing and the buffalo sauce is perfection. Ten out of ten. Definitely recommend.
