Excellent quality, big, and tasty burger!!! Will be ordering here again for sure. Deluxe fries were very good (and a lot of them). I didn't get the sauce on the fries and items arrived still crispy - PERFECT! Add your own sauce - that works for me. I can't stand soggy fries.

On this occasion the onion rings were pretty undercooked - too light in color, floppy, soggy. This was true of the onion ring in the burger as well. Sad about that, as onion rings are my favorite part.
Fries were plain this time (usually more flavorful, and they were soggy as well - perhaps steamed in the container or perhaps undercooked as well (or both). This didn't happen in my two previous orders. Usually the food is amazing and sides are crisp and flavorful even in the containers delivered. I did have the express direct to me service on this order.
