Served hot and they are one of the very few restaurants who give you enough bang for your buck, meaning food worth the cost. Thus much fish and chips would cost twice the price somewhere else. Highly recommend.

I ordered a bowl of lobster bisque $9.19. I got a half full small plastic container. I wouldn't even consider this a "cup" of soup. The other soup in the order was the full amount.

No cocktail or tarter sauce. Soggy fries. Super thin fish filet which was like eating cardboard. Only reason it got two stars was the key lime pie. $32 for this? Shame on you Joe's Crab Shack.

Undercooked raw potatoes and no flavor whatsoever. The seasoning is sprinkled on top of the crab and its boiled in plain water so nothing has a flavor.

Kids drinks missing, all food cold, calamari tough and tasted off. Kids meals were ok, but mostly fries, barely any of the entree.
