I really like Joe & the Juice & I like this location.
But...I've noticed this Fidi location uses apple juice that has been sitting around for a while. The Apple/foam changed color to show it's not as fresh. It doesn't taste bad but having made fresh juice at home I know this is the reason for the odd color. That said, always get a weird color juice/foam whenever I order something with Apple in it.
I've also ordered from the Prince street location many times when I lived in Nolita & haven't run into an issues with a discolored fruit juice (including apple).

The quality of the food has gone down a lot. The smoothie was diluted and watery, didn't taste like anything and the tuna sandwich taste like older tuna, the bread wasn't even hot or toasted,I used to love this place not sure what happened
