Best delivered fries I have ever experienced. Not greasy and still crisp! Burgers were delicious with quality ingredients. Bun was amazing and portions were great. Will definitely be craving this place regularly!

The BEST!! Amazing quality, the food is always delicious, dare I say they are the best burgers in Nanaimo hands down. I like that the fries are so crispy and don't come soggy. Onion rings are delicious, so are the chicken strips, but the burgers are the highlight of the show

Amazing food, huge portions. Super fresh and warm. The cheese burgers are done in a smash Patty, the fries are warm and crisp. The onions rings are phenomenal. They listened to any and all requests. 10/10 will happily order again!

We had our first Joe Burgers and were impressed. My spouse says that his burger was a full meal, and very tasty too. The special sauce was spread over the whole bun and not just a squirt in the middle. My lettuce bun hamburger was a surprise, but pleasantly so. I expected the meat patty to be wrapped in lettuce leaves. Instead it came in a single bag, separate from the bowl of shredded lettuce. That meant that the lettuce stayed nice, crisp and fresh. You could tell that the meat patties were made by hand and not in a factory, preformed and uniform. They tasted like a real homemade burger. The fries were nice and crisp, but not overcooked. So, the centres were tender and sweet. I would recommend Joe Burger to anyone.

Gotta be the best burger joint in town. Cures your hangover every time. When you open the bag it looks like they really handle your food with care. Once I take a bite I can't stop and end up inhaling my burger it's so good.
