Joella's Hot Chicken is way better than Dave's Hot Chicken. This food is so good d smack my mama. The cake in a jar is a bit expensive but it's so good. The macaroni and cheese is also thick and creamy and it tastes like actual Mac and cheese. I love the chicken tenders because they are crispy and juicy. I'd eat this food until I died.

I am always happy with my order. The owners know their business . You are only as good as your last meal. They have hit the bullseye with every order. You will not be disappointed if you are a first time customer , or a returning one. I have to say that their hottest sauce has a satisfying slow long burn. If you love hot sauces. The caviar of the south . The pimento cheese spread is superb.

The pimento chicken sandwich is very good. You will be asking for more pimento. The collard green are heavenly. The extreme hot sauce I tried was really hot , hot , hot. Hot sauces from others that have tried were a dud. I know my hot . I love scorpion peppers. The restaurant is for you, if it hit all those things you are looking for. I am a repeat customer .

The 2 Jumbo Tenders & Waffles meal was way smaller than I expected. The size of the tenders would be enough for maybe a 10 year old. Not worth $14 at all. I'd have to say the chicken was good though.

Ordered 3 Jumbo Tenders , Large Drink and Banana Puddin' = $26, not including tip. My jumbo tenders had a combined weight of 4oz...nothing jumbo about that...side was decent (Mac and Cheese) but again tiny portion. The best thing about the meal was the zinger honey sauce (which I paid extra for). Banana Puddin' wasn't fresh, wafers soggy; again tiny portion. Wouldn't recommend - missed the mark on taste and value.
