• 4/15/23I have ordered from here a lot and always loved it. The fries are always crispy, the chicken is always perfect, and the sauces are great. Normally I get the ghost pepper seasoning on my chicken and it's pretty spicy. Today, I decided to get the fire-in-the-hole level. Wow. I am speechless. This is some of the spiciest chicken i've ever had. Love it!!

• 8/8/26Wow, the driest mac and cheese I've ever bad. Chicken was chewy. My bag of fries was so greasy, the bag busted. Nasty. The. dessert portion was embarrassing
for the price. 0/10

• 9/30/26I was really disappointed with the 6 Boneless Wing Special. The chicken tasted like Tyson frozen chicken you could buy at the grocery store and make at home. For $12, I expected much better quality and flavor. It definitely didn’t taste fresh or worth the price.

• 8/3/26I've never eaten anything from Joelle's before. The banana pudding was excellent. Good size chicken portions although, their mac & cheese could've been better.
