I'm usually a thick crust pizza person but Joe's has undeniably great NY style za. This is my second time ordering and it's my new go-to in Cambridge. Slice and pie size are also nice and big so it's worth the price in my book

I always get a Plain Cheese Pie. It's huge. The sauce to cheese ratio is just right, and the flavors are spot on. This pizza is my favorite in Boston as it truly reminds me of NY pizza. A nice thin crust and tasty ingredients make this delicious.

Joe's Pizza is the best! The sauce is just right, and the cheese is flavorful without being too salty or greasy. The pies are large, as are the slices. I always get the Plain Cheese Pie and wouldn't want to add any toppings. This pizza is real NY pizza. I'm so happy Joe's opened in Cambridge.

For $26 dollars the pizza is terrible. It comes packaged well and it looks appealing but when you taste it, my god i'm wondering what happened. Tasting the pizza feels like i'm chewing it with every bite, like the pizza is fighting back at me. I tried another piece thinking oh maybe it's just one bad piece, but nope the same problem. The sauce is also on the sweeter side kind of like papa john's pizza. The pizza comes stale almost with no consistency or flavor. Big portion but the pizza itself tastes horrible. I would not order for here again. I don't recommend. I read the reviews and was fooled thinking it was going to be delicious.

With the arrival of Joe's Pizza, Harvard Square, at long last, has the best pizza in the Boston area. Sure, Santarpio's, Pepe's, and Galleria Umberto are just as good, but each of these four pizzerias has a totally different style. What Joe's is best at is the perfect NYC pie: thin crust, foldable slices, a light spread of tangy tomato sauce, charred crust, and, if you order it, fresh mozzarella that has a sweet and salty taste. The Harvard Square outpost is every bit as good as the original in West Village; teen years, through college, and into adulthood, the slices in the Village were always deeply satisfying. Delighted to see them in Cambridge.
