• 4/9/25Joey never disappoints. The meals are pricey (for the quantity), but definitely worth it. I love their Korean cauliflower and tofu bowl. This time, I tried their Miso Roasted Mushrooms - perfectly sauced, bursting with sweet savory umami flavors. I wish they had more vegetarian options! Service is top notch as well.

• 3/20/26My love-hate relationship with Joey Restaurant🤣
When I first got the box, I was honestly surprised by how small it was for the price i paid… but also surprised by how good it tasted.
The salmon sushi is very delicate, well-package(honestly the best takeout package i have ever seen) and honestly kind of adorable. I actually like this smaller size more than regular sushi because it feels perfectly portioned for each bite.
That said, the portion overall is… questionable. You get about 8 small pieces, and the whole thing is basically lunchbox-sized. I genuinely couldn’t tell if this is meant to be a full meal or just a really elevated appetizer.
They do give you a generous amount of sauces (which I appreciate), but still—if you have a normal appetite, you’ll probably want to order something extra.
So yeah… amazing taste, tiny portion. A true love-hate situation.

• 2/28/26Although the portion is relatively small for the price, it tastes really good. If you have a big appetite, you might want to order a little extra. There’s no fishy smell at all. Even the side vegetables — like the green peas — are flavorful. You know how some American restaurants serve plain steamed vegetables that are hard to swallow? Joey actually makes their veggies enjoyable too. They even gave me a complimentary gluten-free chocolate brownie for free, and it was delicious as well.

• 2/26/26Our order was clearly packed with great care. The Steak and Lobster Spaghetti is a winner. They honored the request for medium rare, and the beef was perfectly cooked and tender. Bright flavors in the lobster pasta. Devoured almost half before taking a sip of a drink, which means it wasn't overly salty. The portion size was decent for a big eater . The chocolate cake had a delicate sweetness and soft texture. Based on the strength of dishes like these, we look forward to ordering again and trying more items soon.

• 2/2/26Best takeout experience ever. I got the filet - perfectly cooked and well-seasoned. They individually boxed every course separately and put the ice cream part of the dessert in a thermal bag. Thanks for taking the time to make it awesome.
