I'm thrilled to see Johnny Macaroni's on Door Dash!! It's been years since we last ate there and they didn't disappoint today.
I judge an Italian restaurant by their meatballs and I'm picky, so spaghetti and meatballs it was. Their meatballs and sauce win by a landslide! We have some decent restaurants too, but no one compares.
We also got the chicken piccata and Italian sub. Wow, wow, wow! I had to try a little of both and hands down they are the best I've ever tried.
They use fresh prime ingredients and don't skimp on anything.
We can't wait to indulge again!

Mac & Cheese Raviolis Baked Meatballs were all delicous! First time having Johnny macaronis a they are delicious! Portions are big, could serve 3-4 people easily. Cannoli is only 1 per. Those are a bit expensive but still good

I'm rather disappointed. This used to be a well respected restaurant with the locals. It's not what it once was. Portions are large and prices are fair, but it's missing in the flavor dept.
The lasagna had a few thin layers of ricotta, but seemingly not much else which made for a tasteless dish. The tomato sauce was watery and bland as well.
The chicken piccata had plenty of capers and mushrooms and the chicken was cooked and seasoned well. What was lacking was the presence of any sauce which resulted in a flavorless, bland dish.
Everyone has a bad day and maybe I hit it at the wrong time. I'll give it another shot someday and hope to write an updated positive review.

So disapointed! Husband ordered steak tips with French fries and Cole slaw (loved the steak tips). They never sent the Cole slaw and the french fries, could they spare it? For the price we paid for the food, and to not get part of meal and very little French fries. I got chicken broccoli alfredo. No real flavor and for the price, I expected a larger serving.

Moved from Bridgewater to NC 2 years ago, here for a visit I had the chicken parm with angel hair, DD got penne Alfredo, a GC got penne with marinara. All were perfect and lots left over. 5 stars!
