I just had the best breakfast burger ever it was fresh everything was cooked to perfection. I should have had a little sauce but that's my fault it was so tasty it really didn't need any. It was also hot like the latte I am drinking now. 10 stars to the chef and barista person. not sure if it's the same person. Thank you

Very small portions but the Chicken Schnitzel and Chips is delicious. If you're on a diet it's perfect. If not probably buy it somwhere else .

I paid extra for hollandaise sauce and there was none. The egg was overcooked and the bacon was harry crispy.
The toasties were barely toasted either the cheese was not melted at all

Ordered 2 x signature tower burgers.
Sausages were raw, hashbrowns undercooked & bacon didn't
look like it had even touched a grill or frying pan. To add to our disappointment the eggs were overcooked & like rubber. Will note that have ordered the same meal on a few occasions without issue.

Unfortunately they substitute out of stock products with whatever they like, maybe just cancel the order if it can't be filled. Don't assume the customer just likes what you supply instead, without asking.
