We like authentic Mexican and this was great. We got steak and chicken tacos (I liked the steak better) and a steak Quesadilla (very cheesy.) The food is high quality and packaged nicely. A little greasy but they send good napkins.
I liked that they had everything chopped up kind of on the smaller side so it would fill the tacos and not be one piece of meat that you bite into and then it pulls out. We will order form here again!

The chicken tacos! Talk about tender chicken! Fantastic. Got an order of refried beans that were a great compliment to the chicken. Just the right amount of "juice" so they felt light to eat. Great food.

JP's is the best food truck, hands down! We love the fresh Gorditas, they beat any in Lex! We eat here at least once a week. It never disappoints!
