I was very excited to try this place, I drove all the way from Bernalillo. I ordered the Brisket 1 SIDE hoping that's what it would be, but it came as a sandwich so I'm not sure how to just get brisket. Everything was very tasty, but the portions for the price aren't very good, it's a pretty small sandwich and small side for $18. The ribs and hot links were delicious, and the sides were good just very small, especially considering the Mac and cheese (while delicious) is an extra $2. The Pint of Cobbler was under baked and gritty, unfortunately.
The staff was very friendly, and the food was good, the sweet tea was good, but the portion/cost is what made me rate 4⭐ instead of 5⭐

Everything is delicious. Some of the meatiest ribs I have gotten. Their Mac and cheese is great. Good sized potato, delicious hot links, and the cobbler is amazing. If you like bbq, definitely give this local place a try.

The "loaded baked potato" was just a few pieces of meat on a plain potato. I expected butter and sour cream a least. Cheese and bacon would have been good too but nop. Just a potato and some meat.
The sandwich, which was pictured as just meat, had a small amount of meat also and jst bread.
The cobbler tasted like dry cake mix on canned cherries.
None of what i got was worth what I paid.
What I got was mediocre in taste. The meat was fine. The sausage wasnt bad, but nothing spectacular.

The brisket was cooked alright but had no flavor from seasoning or from smoke. It would have been ok if they'd have given me bbq sauce... the baked beans were good
