Food was flavorful. Chicken cooked all the way, potato salad had potatoes cooked all the way and just enough seasoning, rice soft, beans yummy, tortillas fresh. I love that no matter what the day, this location is pretty consistent. Great price to feed the family. We even have left overs for our family if four, good portions.

I can never finish the bowl during my
Lunch it's such a good size. I ate it for dinner and I can still have part of it for lunch again today. One thing I want to mention is their casera salsa IT IS THE BOMB!

The Juan Pollo in "Colton" is Horrible! The chicken is a hit or miss, either too dry or undercooked, and the sides are tasteless and not fresh. It's such a shame because, at all other surrounding Juan Pollo locations, the food tastes as it should. You can taste the difference, and the food quality at the Colton location is so bad when compared. I gave this store multiple tries, and it's the same horrible food every single time.

I called the store to request a change to my meal and they followed my instructions! Appreciate the staff for that, food was great and enjoyable, came warm and well packaged!

Juan Pollo is my favorite.the chicken is always full of flavor and never dry. And the potato salad is the best!!
