I ordered a black and bhamburger last night at the Gilmer Tx location. The onion rings were great!
However my burger was so salty ! Too much salt!! And after paying what I paid last night, it should have been a great food experience

I often order Cheese Fries from here and most of the time I don't have problems. But this time. They were either double fried over fried or left in the warmer too long, extra crispy burnt flavor and lots of tiny pieces not whole fries. Basically crumbs. Was not fresh at all. And both orders were this way. I was very disappointed this time. Their prices are high enough to not provide that kind of quality. I won't be ordering again for a while.

Drink order was incorrect even though there was a receipt taped on each drink of what we ordered, contents did not match. Similar itams were not labeled for differences causing everyone to have to take their sandwiches apart to determine who's was who's.

Crispy Chicken Salad , was not CRISPY chicken it was BAKED chicken. This is the 2nd order to replace the 1st one which had NO LETTUCE.

Side of Grits were nothing but water. Side of Egg was salty. I was given ONE jelly, no butter or sugar for my Watery grits. Very disappointing.
