Everything was fresh and delicious! The BLT was perfectly portioned - veggies and mayo included! The Grilled Chicken Salad was also delicious and super fresh. Jucy's has the best Fried Pickles in Tyler (with homemade Ranch)! Every time I order them, they're still hot and crispy even when ordered via DD. Fairly priced and delicious; one of our all-time favorites! 🌟

The burgers were dry. No flavor at all. They are supposed to have 1/2 # meat. I weighed the burger and with everything bun, meat and wrapper the total weight was 6 1/2 ounces. I know times are difficult now but they need to serve what they advertise. They need get the quality and quantity back where it has been since 1980 the quality has really went down for the last year and a half.

thought we would just order a quick simple dinner on New Year's eve. ordered a simple chicken fried steak that was supposed to come with gravy. I did not receive any gravy with my meal :( at around $20 a meal I'd at least expect y'all to double check and make sure everything is in the bag!!!!
on a positive note some of the onion rings were so big my daughter was using them as bracelets. hahaha!!!

Probably one of the best burgers I've had from a restaurant. It arrived hot and fresh bun was not soggy, onion rings were great and sweet tea was fresh. Very pleased with my first ever Jucy's meal!

I grew up with the original location in Longview. when I moved to Tyler I was excited to know that they had three locations to choose from. unfortunately every location here in Tyler has been horrible. there is inconsistency with the food and every time there is something missing from my order.
Onion Rings absolutely way too salty and overcooked
Jr. Cheeseburger might as well just call it a mustard Burger because that's all that you could taste.
can't comment on the french fries because I never received them!!!!!!
