I ordered late. 7:30 pm. My chicken fried steak was very old. The plastic knife and fork were no match. When I tried to cut it with a steak knife the crust flaked off and the steak inside was thin dry leather. I couldn't eat it. I've had the chicken fried steak several times before and it was very good. Note to self: never order late.

Ordered the Jr cheeseburger with onion rings. Burger was good, had all the fixins and the onion rings were superb. Been looking for some good onion rings.,

Great burgers, but only if you eat them in the restaurant. Every time we order them to go, the bun is extremely soggy and falls apart.

This is 3rd DoorDash order from Lindale Jucy's that was sub-par. French fries were just in an open tray in sack and many were spilled out in bottom of bag. Better and more sanitized packaging needed. French fries were stone cold and not dashers fault. I watched on tracking from when picked up to delivery and was very prompt. Hamburger was so soggy that the bun literally fell apart in multiple places before 1st bite was taken. Bun was soggy and meat/cheese were also cold. Signs that it had sat for a while before picked up. Ended up eating just 1/2 and that was with a spoon. Beans were still warm and delicious. How is everything else cold and beans warm? DD changed delivery time 3 times before order was received and yet it showed dasher waiting on order for a long time before it was finally picked up.... then delivered in less than 10 minutes from pickup. . Sorry Jucy’s.... loved you in Tyler for years but this is 3 strikes and you're out in Lindale.

The bean are scorched! You can smell it when container was open. They taste horrible!
