I called and he said he puts a 26.8 G protein scoop in this smoothie. I subbed coconut water for cost instead if tropical juices. He wrote on the cup that there’s a teaspoon of protein, it’s not taped on lid opening and it’s separated from several deliveries, and it’s not nearly full at all, there’s quite a lot missing from this drink.
