Good value of meat, but not much of sauce. Overall, solid choice for meat lover!

Cheese Pide was saturated in sauce, expected it to be in a seperate container not just dumped on there, meant that it was completely soggy by the time it arrived and I ended up throwing half of it out; Chips were overcooked too

This is my second time ordering from here and I was pretty happy the first time. However quality this time around was quite poor. Ordered two kebabs plus Fries . Chips is a fundamental food item and one would expect crunchy golden chips. What we got was a serving of burnt chips using old oil and it was just not edible. photo attached but when chips looks like this, they shouldn't be allowed to go out.
Also I ordered a Lamb Kebab with chilli sauce for me and Mixed Kebab no chilli for my wife. instead they gave us mixed kebab with chilli which meant we had to swap since she cant have spice.
Quite disappointed and its unlikely we will order from this place again.
