First, the serving size of the Key Lime Pie with Homemade Mashmallow was ridiculous. That said.... the Passion Fruit Brazilian Style Flan was creamy, the passion fruit topping delicious. The Tiramisu Slice was a little dry for my taste but not bad. The Key Lim Pie with Homemade Mashmallow was very good but as I said the serving size was definitely disappointing. I ordered the Dulce de Leche flavor of Creamy Cheesecakes.... very dense slightly disappointing. Overall I would definitely order the flan and key lime again if the serving size wasn't so small. Idk if that's a one off thing or if that's the standard slice they serve.

I was excited to support Juliana’s Bakery & Sweets after hearing great recommendations about the cornmeal guava mini cakes. I walked there early in the rain specifically for those items and was told in person they were unavailable, with staff stating they are made every other day.
After returning home, I checked DoorDash and saw the exact same cakes available for pickup within 30 minutes, which was both confusing and frustrating. This meant I made a second trip back in the rain because the information I received in person did not match what was being offered online.
Additionally, my order included a vanilla cupcake with dulce de leche, which was unavailable, but instead of notifying me beforehand or allowing me to approve a substitution, the store made that decision without my consent.
While I appreciate the handwritten apology note, better communication, accurate inventory, and customer transparency are necessary. Customers deserve consistent information and the ability to make informed purchasing decisions.
The desserts were enjoyable, but the overall experience left me disappointed due to poor communication and conflicting availability information.
