They were the yummiest falafel balls I have ever tasted! They were crunchy on the ouside, soft, moist and tasty on the inside and warm, so they had been recently cooked. The Harissa Pita itself was a good portion size for an adult man. The ingredients were of good quality, fresh and particularly delicious according to my taste and I am fussy and discerning. Compared to a falafel I got on Doordash from a different vendor two weeks ago, this was 100% better. My only critique, I would have preferred a wholemeal pitta.

The quantity was great, but the quality of the falafels was really poor. They were undercooked inside and only crispy on the outside, likely because the oil temperature wasn’t right.
