For the price, I wish the serving sizes were a bit larger. I've been to other poke places where their serving sizes are much bigger. Still tasty though.

I have ordered from so many Just Poke places that this is most disappointing one I have ordered from. Ingredients were missing out of BOTH the bowls that I ordered and there was no apology and no one called me to ask for substitutions. It was not filled to the brim like the fifty plus poke orders I have placed with another place. For almost $20 for a big bowl this is absolutely rubbish. I will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered both a regular and a large bowl, but they looked exactly the same in size. The large portion didn’t feel large at all. On top of that, no utensils or chopsticks were included, so I literally had to eat with my hands. Not what you expect for this price

I asked for the Acai Nuts bowl which comes with strawberries, bananas, almonds, honey, oats, and peanut butter. I asked for Extra peanut butter and bananas and I paid $2 extra to add those to the bowl. All I got in my bowl was peanut butter bananas and not the same oats they normally use I don't know what it was. And the acai fruit itself was icy and not as smooth as normal.

Sushi rice and wakame were under seasoned. Miso soup was over seasoned. A little extra salt in the wound (to balance the rice and wakame, maybe?): no utensils or napkins. Worst poke we've ever had to be honest.
