The salad and bowl were very delicious but the cookie is incredibly tiny for what it costs.

This was supposed to be a warm bowl. It wasnt warm, but ok, it didn't even taste fresh and the bowl wasnt even full. Pretty disappointed. I might try one more time. I usually order from another salad place further away. Food tastes better and fresher. If it doesn't improve, i wont return.

The size of the order is (almost half) less than any other time I've ordered. Same price. Why is this?

I love their food but they ALWAYS mess up their deliveries in some way. They forget items altogether (don't ever bother ordering Andy's Amazing Chocolate Chunk Cookie, you'll never get it). Or they forget on the side dressing. Or they replace an item in your salad without telling you (not great for people with allergies)! It's a shame because I really do love the Honey Crispy Chicken Wrap and lots of other things but I dont always have the energy to go pick it up (and make sure it's right).
