• 4/14/25I got a crispy chicken Ceasar salad and paid for that. They sent me a small Ceasar salad with no chicken and no dressing. I paid $14.50 for lettuce, a few croutons, and a dot of cheese. How do you forget someone's chicken and dressing for their salad. Very bad customer service.

• 7/13/23the salads are great but please eliminate ingredient selections that require the customer to pay a premium if you're not going to honor it...I always select and pay for Arugula but I've never seen it in my order
