Tender and amazing flavour. For me, this isn't meal portion lol, it's whole day portion. Metro card for scale.
Really love the consistently good experience with Schnitzels from this kitchen. At this point, I'm just trying out different toppings with each order like a kid collecting cards.
The fries kinda get steamed while in the box during delivery cuz they're underneath a big slab of warm meat, they get soggy quick. Idk what can be done about it within the same box though. I recommend perhaps separating the fries as soon as it arrives at your doorstep.

Really love the prawns and calamari on the schnitzel. Nice to have different textures and flavours when the portion is so large I could never finish it in a single sitting. I wish they offered the Creamy Garlic and Surf n' Turf sauces sold in-store (Cafe Pellegrini). Those are to-die-for when you order a giant schnitzel. It's extremely heartwarming to see they don't shrink the online delivery portion to fit a tiny takeaway box, in contrary to my experience with countless restaurants.
I frequent the physical restaurant for giant schnitzels (Cafe Pellegrini) and so was confused why they lacked the side Schnitzel menu on DoorDash. Turns out Just Schnitzel Factory shows the same address. I guess Just Schnitzel Factory has multiple shared kitchens with restaurants? But yeah, of the few restaurants in North Adelaide offering thd exact same side Schnitzel menu, Cafe Pelegrini is by far my go-to option for satisfactory consistency in doneness.

The Hawaiian and Yiros Yiros was really good! not too oily and a huge serving. The Diane and creamy garlic gravy was well done and not too oily. Definitely will be back!!

Initially I thought the price a bit high but when it arrived and I saw the size I was placated a bit. The Wings I ordered were OK , maybe a bit over the top with the sauce but enjoyable. Unfortunately the schnitzel was awful, Totally overcooked, the coating was burnt and the meat under was tougher than leather. I believe in looking after local businesses but I'm afraid this company won't be getting any more of my orders.

Really tasty and crispy. Fantastic portion size for price. Not sure why they're called Just Schnitzel Factory when they're actually Pellegrini Cafe, though.
