The Jack Smothered Chicken should be tender and cooked perfectly all the way through but I've been getting it over-cooked and sometimes even burnt. If I have to chew it like a well done steak then something is wrong.

DELICIOUS! We had the Monterey Jack Chicken Bacon Sandwichwhich was one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. TheBF had the Bacon Cheddar Burger and it was also solid! Way to go!
