• 7/12/22Tonkotsu Ramen with shredded wood ear mushrooms was rich without being too fatty. The well made, flavorful, broth comes without chili / hot seasoning- you have four options: none, mild, spicy, hot. This being my first time I chose mild. It was delicious with good heat
Thin ramen noodles were perfect - not too soft and entirely separate with an ample supply.
A great tonkotsu ramen. Give it a try. I'll be back.

• 11/28/24The Tuna Super Burrito is wrapped in a rice paper and comes with two sauces (mayo & hot sauce & a vinegar sauce), and one of the best-made pickled jalapeño peppers I know of. The tuna burrito is inspired - sushi rice wrapping maguro cubes and veggies with tempura crispies.
Very good! Recommended!

• 2/8/22The gyoza was nothing special. Felt like it had been cooked a while ago. Didn't seem fresh.
The rolls were really good. Great flavors. Only complaint is that they weren't cut through all the way.
The salmon sashimi was delicious. So soft and tender and amazing flavor. Was the best of all the items we ordered.
The miso soup was okay but too salty.
The yellow tail sushi was delicious and just as tender as the salmon sashimi. The size of the fish was way too big though. Sushi is supposed to be bite sized and I cut it into thirds before it was the right size to top the rice.
Overall a good sushi place but they need to dial some things in a bit.

• 10/21/23Firstly, the food is tasty. Secondly, the portion size is *massive*. Most of the items from sushi places around here are pretty tiny so I order a couple of them - I have tons of leftovers from Kaiba.

• 1/29/26This is my first time having Takoyaki and it was interesting. The ramen was extremely filling for the day ahead of me. They forgot to give me my green tea but I'm not too upset by it. I have Sprite at home as a backup. Overall, the food at Kaiba is as delicious as last time.
