I ordered the California Roll and Katsudon. The California Roll was fine. The Katsudon was disappointing and not what I was expecting. There was no dashi sauce at all and because there no sauce, the egg wasn't steamed/simmered with the pork cutlet. It was just pork cutlet in fried egg over plain rice. Very disappointing.
