Easily some of the best Sushi and Hibachi I and my friends and family have ever had! No question! They deserve their own restaurant. Customer Service is always 10/10 as well. And that truck is always spotless on the inside. 1000% recommend.

This absolutely exceeded my expectations! The portion was enough to eat later for leftovers, which caused some arguments between between my family, LOL. We will definitely be getting this again, and in a much larger portion!!

EVERYTHING from KATANA is always FRESH and DELICIOUS. To have that level of quality and dedication to the craft in Pekin is absolutely amazing! The only thing negative, is that it's too close to my house, and my bank account is starting to reflect that. 😆

10/10 in every category. The food is fresh, tasty, & authentic and the crew are amazing people. Defintely a staple in the pekin community and would recommend to anyone.
