when I lived in Davis, this was my favorite Indian restaurant. Imagine my delight when I noticed it was available on DoorDash to me here in Woodland. I had the lamb which was perfectly delicious and moist and flavorful. The pakoras were delicious and substantial without being greasy. I added the thai addition which included rice, perfectly cooked, large Naan, and a delicious vegetable curry plus a delicious lentil soup. I have enough food for three meals at least and I feel like my splurge was well worth it. Definitely five-star Indian food in every way.

We branched out to new dishes this time and are never disappointed. Kathmandu Kitchen has been consistently good for 30 years through several owners. We love the onion kulcha, Mango Lassi, chicken korma. Samosas & ALL the vegetarian dishes. This tried we tried the Chicken Saagwala that was clearly made with fresh spinach & was light & fresh. Highly recommend the Thali.

This wasn't dal makani at all... it had capsicum in it and it, it was very spicy and had no butteryness to it. It was a very strange dish and not at all what I was looking for. And it was $15. Not worth it

I'm a regular, this place is awesome. We love the chicken korma and tikka masala. Downside is they don't give you enough rice and you specifically have to order it on the side

rice does not automatically come with the makhani, you have to order the rice as a side and the portion is small. tastes great tho. Also, vegetable pakora has way too much fried dough, and not enough vegetables.
