Bone In Wings were perfectly cooked and traveled well. Still very hot when delivered! Fries were crispy, tasty seasoning, and still hot when delivered.

This was my first time ordering from Katie's. I had the Cuban Steak Sandwich with sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were excellent—hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked.
The sandwich looked great and was a generous size, but unfortunately it missed the mark. The steak was overcooked (well done), making it very chewy and difficult to eat. It also could have used more seasoning. The bread was a little stale, which didn't help, and I wasn't able to finish the sandwich because the meat was so tough.
I'm Puerto Rican and grew up in Florida, so I've had my fair share of great steak sandwiches, and this one just didn't live up to my expectations. I'd definitely be willing to give Katie's another try because the food was hot and fresh overall, but next time I'll either order something different or request the steak cooked medium if that's an option.

I ordered 30 Bone In Wings the order was split into 2 types, the hot order was overcooked and eating jerky and very hard to chew, the right side was good, I called the seller and have to request a replacement fron Doordash, I have ordered about 5 times before and they have great wings I can't figure out how to request replacing the wings from Doordash

Don't order from this place. I don't know how they are in person, but I ordered a Cuban pulled pork sandwich, which comes with a side (chose Mac and cheese), and churros. Mac and cheese simply did not come and the churros were completely plain, missing a side of whipped cream I ordered with them. Sandwich meat was also dry.
