• 8/13/26Born and raised in Brooklyn but has lived in Texas for 30+ years, this is a must stop every visit. It's what I remembered eating as a child. Love the taste and snap on the Frankfurter , I love the creamy potato and crispness of the Square Knish but the star of the show is the pastrami Half Sandwich Combo , I couldn't finish a whole sandwich so went with the combo and even this was more than enough and the Chicken soup was delicious.

• 1/8/24I typically love Katz's. However for a 30.00 sandwich i found it greasy and fatty this time. I think the price is insane!
Plus you can't order their french fries.
Soup was great but again super expensive. I thought i was getting a large. It was also a bit too salty.
Bummer, they were my favorite and a great place to get a decent and somewhat reasonable deal

• 8/4/24Katz's Pastrami is overpriced. It is good but not worth $30 definitely - extremely small and I was still hungry after it. Steak Fries are soggy

• 6/13/23Really amazing sandwiches! This place deserved its reputation. Both the Reuben and Katz's Pastrami are different and are both delicious. However, if I were to pick, I'll go with the Reuben. Love the slightly chewy texture and the addition of cheese, sauerkraut, as well as the Russian Dressing!

• 5/20/22hands down the worst + overhyped Rueben I've ever had in my life. dry, skimpy on kraut + Russian dressing + bland, untoasted bread. never fallen so hard for a tourist trap before, please save your $27. chicken salad was better but its not like you're there for the chicken salad...
