I'll start by saying I've ordered from Kazoopy's many times and have never had bad food. I don't know what was going on this time, but everything was over cooked. 5 S. Philly Steak* was so crispy on the outside it was like biting into a rock. BYO 8" Pizza the crust was fine, but the toppings were pretty burnt and crispy. Leads me to believe that the oven temp was too high. Disappointing for sure considering how expensive they are these days.

Kazooopy's hands down is my favorite Pizza/Sandwich place in Kalamazoo. I believe that I hold my food and thoughts on food at a very high level. Given the current state of rising costs, paying for what you order is something to take into consideration. They have never made me regret my purchase.

I'm autistic daughter and the chicken carbonara never fails to be a hit in this household. I also order it sometimes for her lunch directly to the autism center and there's never a problem. It's always fresh when I wanna treat my girls to a nice fast food dinner I will always choose Kazoops. The portion size is really nice.

the 29. Club* had a very odd flavor and smelled a little off. browned lettuce the whole lot. idk if it was just a bad day or what. i have consistantly ordered the club for 3 or more years. This was definitely the worst experience with the sandwich i have ever had.
