So there was one place I knew of for the best shawarma in Sacramento for years that would stand out in my mind to have people try for the first time, Juliana's kitchen. Sadly, time has moved on since then. but taste experiences like that come up now and then.
Shawarma Spicy - The combination of ingredients is harmonious and classy. There's a subtle play between creamy chipotle and curry chicken but somehow ends up tasting like shawarma. The taste would have knocked me down if I was standing.
Special Mention to the Cherry Compote , a drink that tastes like cherry pie.

The Shawarma Classic was mostly lettuce. Barely any meat.
