Bincho Ramen had its grand opening on August 23, 2024. Our chef and owner, Toshiro, has trained for over 10 years at famous ramen restaurant. Our specialty is rich and flavorful tonkotsu ramen! For th…
I have never seen the bottom of my soup bowl the way I saw this one. The broth brought me to the flavor town I didn't know I was missing out on. Nothing to say except compliments to the chef, try the tonkatsu ramen and enjoy the ride.

Sooooo good. Miso Ramen is just slightly spicy (my spice tolerance is very low) and it’s so good. The toppings were all really good and the Agedashi Tofu.. it’s funny bc I grew up eating this, and as I was taking my first bite u thought to myself I forgot to put my ginger karashi on it … but when I took a bite that flavor was already there. That’s how u know this place is good! 10/10

Waste of money. Cheap knock off on Japanese food. The tonkotsu broth taste salt and water. It's DEFINITELY not tonkotsu and the CA roll wasn't even chopped and mixed in the inside with any mixture. Just a dry piece of crab next to a piece of cucumber

Love the udon with chicken! This is my go to order - the big hunks of chicken are always tender! Broth delicious and plentiful udon noodles!

Im still in the hunt for the most authentic japanese diner in the valley since we moved and so far Keitaro's got the kitchen right. Curry is spot on. Katsu (chicken pork or menchi) is bomb. Chahan (fried rice) is glistening and crumbly as it should be. Takoyaki was great and not soggy.
Looking forward to the ramen next time!!
Don't mind the recent negative reviews because cold bad food seems like the dasher's fault not the restaurant.
