I have been going to Kelly's in Alvin for many years and I have never been disappointed the food has always been flavorful and portions are for 2 people . All of the employees have been courteous and kind Very helpful. Thank you very much

The #2 Baked Potato and the Terri's Salad was very good... lots of meat for both entrees.
I've been eating from Kelly's for many years and they have NEVER disappointed!

I ordered the roasted chicken with dressing. The portion of dressing was very small and soaked in gravy although I didn't check off what kind of gravy because I didn't want any. I guess they decided on their own that I needed to have gravy.
The chicken didn't have skin on it, and it was a dark leg and a piece of thigh maybe?
Usually, when you get a piece of chicken like that like from Luby's, it has a breast, but not this. I got about three small pieces that looked edible. I was really surprised at such a poor quality. I would not buy their chicken again.

Wow! What a lot of food! I ordered the Fish & Shrimp Combo (grilled instead of fried). The fish was grilled, but it appears they can only fry the shrimp. My husband ordered the same, but with fried fish. The combos each came with three sides. We chose green beans, cole slaw, buttered carrots, carrot and raisin salad, buttered corn, and a side salad. The salad would have been enough by itself. Everything is good, but the carrot & raisin salad, buttered corn, buttered carrots, and my salad to which I added avocado were exceptionally good! The Fried Green Tomatoes, Fried Pickles, and Onion Rings each came with about 1 cup of Ranch dressing. Peach Cobbler & Lemon Pie were good. They forgot our drinks, but our driver went back and got them. Needless to say, we had a LOT of leftovers! I gave only 3 stars because their homestyle cooking is good, but most dishes are not exceptional.

The BBQ Beef Baked Potato weighed about 10 lbs and was delicious. The Country Fried Chicken Breast had good flavor and was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The corn had too much salt.
