• 9/1/24I got a Steak through doordash, and everything still arrived hot, fries were perfectly crispy and hot. And best of all, the steak was PERFECT!!!! Melted in my mouth. Thank you to the cook!!!!

• 6/22/24I understand that food costs have gone up, but $28 for a 1/2 order of Takeaway Nachos with beef that had about 12 nacho chips, 2 tablespoons of ground beef (for a $6 up charge) and about 8 cups of lettuce is unacceptable. On top of that, they forgot a poutine and when I called kelsey's to ask them about it, the manager wouldn't speak with me and told the hostess to tell me to take it up with door dash. Will never order from this location again. Extremely frustrating after spending $160 on this order. You get way more bang for your buck at Chuck's Roadhouse down the street.

• 12/27/23Just dont. It seems kelseys has trouble with each order we place and this might just be the last one. The full rack of Full Rack of Ribs was completely cold, slapped some sauce on cold meatand tossed it in a pizza box with warm fries. Forgot the gravy that was an additional cost and not enough ceaser dressing to coat more than 3 leaves. Because this isnt the first incident, I am now confident to leave my review that the food is hit and miss and you may or may not get all of your food and when you do, it may be very cold and lack ingredients. The kids pizza was utterly disappointing, hardly any sauce and a sprinkle of cheese and again cold. I will not be ordering from here again. Also, putting in a cold plastic sauce container into hot chicken fingers will ultimately cause the pakaging to fail and then have the hot sauce completely become a soggy mess of chicken fingers. Forgetting the kids cookies on the meals and the tortilla wraps from the chicken fajita order. Did I forget anything? I probably didnt but kelseys certainly will.

• 1/12/25Ordered my steak blue rare. This was a nice medium at best. Food was hot but unsure why staff can't make food to order? Broccoli was plain with no seasoning at all.

• 6/25/26Usually our food is fantastic, but today was disappointing. We got miniscule amounts of sauces for our steak and there wasn't a single mushroom in my "mushroom vinegret". Having spent over $100 on two meals, I am absolutely not happy.
