I’ve often ordered this item at other outlets and received a genuinely double portion. However, when I bought it at this outlet, it was like a single serving—the portion was very small compared to the other locations.

Edible but really not worth $20. This restaurant is normally pretty good, however these chicken and pork katsu-dons tasted like yesterday's soggy microwaved katsu with too-salty sauce and mushy overcooked rice. Im a fan of soft rice, but this was not it. I ate without taking a photo this time because I just had surgery and was absolutely starving. Hope this restaurant gets back to its usual quality soon.

The food was really disappointing.
The noodles were stuck together like one big clump.
The pork cutlet tasted sour, was very hard, and difficult to chew.
