Keto Kim, you just lost one of your good customers. I always buy your Keto BLT Sandwich and Keto beef quesadillas. TODAY, your food was missing ingredients and tasteless. I paid $34 for these items to get extra bacon, cheese and avocado and got NONE! It seems you might have been running short on bacon and cheese and did not put any of what I paid for!
The BLT lacked cheese altogether and was dry and it did not have the sauce you usually use. I gave this sandwich to my dog after removing the meager few pieces of avocado. The Keto beef quesadillas was full of onions and bell peppers but NO beef, some bacon I paid extra for and barely any cheese! I am very disappointed in what I received. Consistency is key, you did not deliver that today. I won't waste my money on you again, hoping you get my order correct. SMH

I ordered a ribeye steak, not beef jerky. The steak was WELL DONE. it would be nice if they asked customers how they liked their steak instead of assuming that it should be burnt by default.
