Used to visit the original Kettleman's in Ottawa, this place is a far cry away from that in terms of bagel sandwiches and quality. There is little consideration of ratios here...way too much cream cheese, way too little protein. Our Kettlemans Special this time didn't have any salmon on half the sandwich, only tomatoes. These sandwiches do not appear to be made with love or attention to detail sadly.

I love kettlemans and have ordered it mant times. This was unlike all the other times. Packaging Stuck to the cheese like glue which caused a lot of the toppings to be peeled off. The toasted bagel was so dry and not like they are usually. Highly disappointed

This is a what you see vs what you get. Not sure how this was $3.69! The square was so small. Picture is so misleading. Maybe it was the last row in the pan?

The individual bagels were stale and inedible, even after reheating them. Terrible quality! I ordered for the first time about a year ago, and the bagels were stale then- I also didn't receive items in my order. I figured enough time had passed so I'd try again, and I was wrong. I'll never order from them again.
