Consistently has served us overcooked chicken that was difficult to eat. After giving this specific location a third try, our order was once again incorrect. Two sides were missing, including 2 mashed potatoes and gravy, and one of the three-piece meals only had two pieces of chicken in the box.

We were also not provided napkins or straws for the drinks, which I normally would overlook if the food and order had been correct. At this point, it seems like the manager or owner needs to step in and address these ongoing issues. Based on other reviews, it appears that I am not the only customer having this type of experience at this location.

sweet tea tasted like an old ashtray it was so gross. chicken was smaller than it should be & superrrr greasy. i got 2 pc. Chicken Combo and it had a weird taste as well.

Was not crispy chicken the potatoes were old and hard and they forgot my slaw. The only thing good was the lemonade and usually they are really good so I guess I will be ordering from Grimes instead of KFC from now on.

The chicken wasn't crispy. The potatoes were old and hard and they forgot my slaw. The only thing that was fairly good was the lemonade and they are usually really good. Guess I will be ordering from Grimes instead of KFC from now on.
