• 5/31/26Got the Famous Bowl. The food itself is good but the ratios are bad. 4 small pieces of chicken for the entire bowl was definitely not enough. Ended up wasting over half of the potatoes and corn.

• 12/27/24Luckily we ordered early for pickup-- when we arrived the store was packed -- it was Christmas Eve-- and our order was packed and ready but I wish we had checked it. Surprisingly they had no more food ready, and folks were waiting for everything to be replenished. Thinking we dodged a bullet we were handed our bags and left. The associate even joked that "we got the last of everything"! When we got home, quite a few items were missing -- our 3 cranberry lemonades, 2 of the 3 fries, 2of the 3 cherry poppers, and none of the chosen sauces for the 15 pc tender meal. The 3 Mac & Cheese orders were barely warm and looked like they literally scraped them from the bottom of the pan before they ran out. The tenders were way overcooked--almost burnt and very dry. The Bowl, and 3 Large mashed potates/gravy were cold, as if never even heated. However included were 6 extra tubs of gravy that we did not order so maybe they were meant to drench the tenders?? The lone order of fries. and the biscuits were good! In any case this was the worst KFC experience ever! Merry Christmas!

• 10/26/25the food was very good,but our drinks had no ice. At least they were cold. no straws or utensils either. not the worst thing, but a little disappointing. we'd still order from here in the future because the food was fresh and good.
