• 10/13/21I got the famous bowl, and there juicy chicken, so much gravy and Nashville sauce, and it was perfect. Everything came just right,

• 3/5/26I ordered the Famous Bowl, and the portion was disappointing. It had barely a teaspoon of gravy and only three very small pieces of chicken. While this doesn’t happen every time, this is now the fourth occurrence. Given the prices, I expect more consistent and adequate portions.

• 8/5/22My biscuits were put in with my chicken. All 4 were completely smashed. Chicken pieces were small and falling apart as well (not in a good way). Mac and cheese tasted very old. I did call the store and let them know that it would be in their best interested not to continue putting the biscuits in with the chicken. I will not be eating there again for quite awhile.

• 10/27/24Mashed potatoes seemed watered down and smelled like fish. My chicken nuggets were sad looking. I wasn't thinking I was getting cut into squares that had hardly any sauce on them. I also never got my French fries. Vernal KFC sucks.

• 6/5/23Didn't get the extra Mashed Potatoes & Gravy that they charged me 7$ for. Food was smashed and sloppy. Gravy leaked all over in the bag. for the 83$ I paid, I'd expect a little better.
