The Plant-Based Combo is so good! I didn't expect it to taste like chicken but it really does. The fresh seasoned fries and diet pepsi were just perfect with it too.

I’m really disappointed with my Hot Cheetos meal from KFC. The chicken sandwich was extremely dry, and the chicken itself was hard and not enjoyable to eat. The fries were also dry and tasted like they had been sitting for a while. On top of that, my dipping sauce was completely missing from the order.
Overall, the meal was not worth the money I paid for it. I expected much better quality from KFC and hope this can be addressed.

1) coleslaw half empty
2) popcorn chicken half empty
3) 2 drumsticks look decrepit and like they sat under heat lamp to where the chicken shunk away or something
4) fries stale cold and sweated
5) got Pepsi instead if brisk iced tea

Chicken was overly moist and greasy with breading inconsistent because of how wet it was. There was liquid pooled in the bottom of the bucket. I did not receive the correct dipping sauces. All in all disappointing.

Chicken needs to get cooked more to get that crispiness. No body wants a soggy "crispy" burger.
Fries were old, you could tell. Swap out your fries more frequently, and also cook a bit more.
Finally gave it another shot, but unfortunately not going back to KFC ever.
