Excellent!! Everytime I order from here, it's always extremely fresh and delicious. The dashers always do fantastic as well.

Chicken was dry and breading was either burnt or the oil it was cooked in was way past due to be changed. Very small compared to how I remember it from years ago. Potato's are from a powder and very bland, Mac and Cheese was overcooked and rubbery. Biscuits were better than expected though.

Chicken was dry and I never expected one of a 4-piece dinner would be a crumby shriveled up little wing.   I believe I'll try another of the many chicken places.

I ordered regular original chicken and got fried instead. I know I DID say if they didn't have something to substitute according to their preference, but I've NEVER had them not have ORIGINAL chicken. This looked and tasted like overcoooked fried CRISPY chicken. If I wanted crispy then I would have gone to Church's.  I have problems eating crispy and really bad since have 6 incisions in esophagus that makes it worse. Yes, I could take off all skin, but then chicken doesn't have much flavor. Not sure why got crispy chicken that was even overcooked. I double checked I'd said original too. 

Everything else wonderful.

The  2 pc. Mike's Hot Honey Chicken Box was excellent. The biscuits were som of the best I've ever had from KFC. The Korean bbq sauce on the 8 pc. Saucy Nuggets was delicious, wish they could put it on the reg chicken like the hot honey. Great job KFC
